Exchange + Return Policy

Adornation Jewellery is happy to accept a previously purchased or gifted jewellery item for exchange or credit up to 30 days after delivery confirmation of your item.

Adornation Jewellery unfortunately does not offer refunds.

Any items received damaged or defective will be addressed on a case by case basis. I will do my best to remedy your situation in a quick and positive way. Please be in touch no later than 30 days after receiving your item. 

All custom jewellery is a final sale. All deposits on custom jewellery are non-refundable regardless of the end result of the project.

The client is responsible for any and all shipping and insurance costs incurred returning items to Adornation Jewellery.
